I can’t stand a lot of health blogs or videos sometimes because they can’t just tell me what to do. I fully appreciate thoroughness, but it’s just way too hard to get the “gist” of some workout or diet plan.
Here are my notes for intermittent fasting.
- Eat at 1pm or 5 hours after you wake up
- Eat at 8pm or 7 hours after your last meal
- Eat when you wake up
- Eat when you go to sleep
- Eat your second meal, generally with more calories right after your workout.
- Try to stick to 40% meat, 40% vegetabls, 20% carbs
